My dance philosophy is rooted in the idea that inclusion expands the art form. When dancers of all abilities move together, dance becomes more human, more relational, and more honest.
What I see in inclusive spaces is that connection is not separate from technique — it is part of it. The friendships, empathy, and shared rituals students build with one another are not “extras”; they are part of what makes the learning itself possible. For me, dance is not only about movement. It is about voice, community, and belonging.
